New Constructions Projects on LBI.

There are several projects you want to be aware of that will change the face of Long Beach Island

Developers are planning for a multi-use project at the "old bank buiding" that would maintain the retail use and provide for multi-family residential condominiums. The condominium project is the beginning stages of presenting plans to  Beach Haven to grant permission to build on the corner. This article was recently published in The Sandpaper and will provide you with more details.

In efforts to provide Beach Haven residents with some development protections, the town council has proposed ordinances to approve several locations with the redevelopment designation. This will allow for more opportunities for public and private partnerships in the re-development process that is under-way in Beach Haven.

Please read these articles from The Sandpaper for more details relating to Re-Development Designations in Beach Haven.

Construction at Hotel LBI and The Arlington in Ship Bottom is underway. And In Barnegat Light, a world class 36 hole mini golf course is being created that will enhance family attractions on the North end.   I am on the scene and took these pictures to share.  Enjoy this little video
